Rosh Hashanah in the Park
Get ready to celebrate the Jewish New Year with Erev Rosh Hashanah, a vibrant in-person event filled with joy, prayers, and nature!
Celebrate the Jewish New Year at Alberta Park.
Rosh Hashanah marks the beginning of the High Holy Days. Let us usher in the year together. Share an evening of reflection, music, and readings. There will be candles, grape juice, apples and honey, and challot for the new year. Hear the sound of the shofar and be awakened (before Rosh Hashanah begins). Bring your own shofar!
Gather in the center of the park across from the playground. Bring blankets and chairs to sit on. We will start on time.
